We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. If you meet someone with the name like Kadek, Dewi, Iwan, Eka or Jumsia on their badge, be sure that you will get the great service exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Balikpapan.

Good location, nice staff, the pool was clean and well maintained. The pool belonged to the hotel (the fotos are right about this) There was a huge breakfast buffet

plenty of options for breakfast, the hall is spacious, I like the view from my room and I love the pool. the security guy is always polite. i like the surroundings, the laundry service a close to the hotel and malls are nearby.
